NFPA

The National Fire Protection Association Standard 211 (NFPA 211) recommends that chimneys, fireplaces and vents should be inspected at least once a year. The inspections that are done are to check and make sure that the chimneys, fireplaces and vents are sound, free from any deposits and that all clearances are met.

Dryer Vent Cleanings

This depends on the length of your vent, how many turns it has and how often it is used. Cleaning the dryer vent can help prevent the possibility of a fire in your house or dangerous carbon monoxide gas coming in. A clean vent pipe allows the dryer to move the proper amount of air through the system taking the humidity out of the clothes, thus allowing your clothes to dry quicker with less energy consumed. We will do a thorough check to make sure that the air flow is proper.
